Description -

岗位职责：

1. 客户经营与关系管理

• 负责所辖客户的覆盖、维护与分层管理；
• 建立客户档案（Customer Profile），持续更新客户信息及关键联系人；
• 深入了解客户业务需求和发展方向，提高客户满意度和忠诚度；
• 协同OSR、代理商及相关团队开展客户经营活动。

2. 业务咨询与打印产品及解决方案销售

• 理解客户数字化办公、终端管理、IT基础设施及安全需求；
• 根据客户业务场景推荐适合的产品组合和解决方案；
• 协同售前团队开展解决方案设计、技术交流及产品演示；
• 制定客户经营计划（Account Plan），推动Pipeline持续增长；
• 分析客户采购行为、市场动态与竞争格局，制定针对性的销售策略；
• 推动重点产品、重点项目及战略业务落地。

3. 销售机会与订单管理

• 负责销售机会（Opportunity）的全生命周期管理；
• 协调价格申请、报价、下单及订单执行流程；
• 跟踪订单交付、发货及回款情况，确保业务顺利完成；
• 配合内部团队解决业务推进过程中的各类问题。

4. 客户体验与问题解决

• 协助客户完成产品选型及方案比较分析；
• 及时响应客户需求和投诉，推动问题闭环解决；
• 协调BU、供应链、服务团队、代理商等资源满足客户需求；
• 持续优化客户体验，提高客户信任度和合作深度；
• 通过主动服务提升客户满意度和复购率。

5. 跨部门协同与资源整合

• 与OSR、DSM、CM、BU、SC及支持团队保持紧密合作；
• 主动协调内部资源支持客户项目推进；
• 分享市场信息、客户洞察及成功案例，促进团队协同发展；
• 推动流程优化和创新实践，提升整体运营效率。

6. 业务规划与业绩达成

• 根据公司业务目标制定并执行个人业务计划；
• 定期Review业务进展并及时调整策略；
• 管理Forecast及Pipeline质量；
• 达成Revenue、Order、Shipment、客户覆盖等关键业务指标。
