£12.90 per hour - Paid breaks

Permanent. Full time/part-time positions available. Working 5 days out of 7 (8 hours a day) - with alternative weekends.

Shifts: Care Floor – 7.30am – 6.30pm or 7.30am – 2.30pm and 2.30pm – 6.30pm

Shifts: Restaurant

Shift patterns 7.45am – 3.30pm or 11.30am – 8pm

Our waiting on staff play an important role as your presence during mealtimes is crucial. It ensures residents receive dignified, personalized attention, promotes social interaction, and contributes to overall well-being.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Supporting our carers serve meals within our on-site care home to village residents

• Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals

• You may also be asked to support other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms, restocking resident’s personal kitchens or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

You are a person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people's lives. Experienced in either hotels, restaurants and care home environments. You thrive in a tight-knit team setting, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Committed to providing outstanding service to our residents, you apply your expertise in upholding a clean, orderly, safe, and sanitary environment.
