About the Team
The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Much of the team lives and works in the European timezones. As such, team members are expected to be available as needed for scheduled team meetings between the general hours of 1pm-6pm CET.
This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3.
About You
You’re an experienced product leader who has led product strategy and teams in technically complex, market-driven environments. You’re familiar with infrastructure and blockchain products, and you bring rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies. You’re comfortable operating at the executive level, making clear tradeoffs, and owning outcomes as products scale to support demanding use cases.
Responsibilities
Own product strategy and prioritisation across Celestia's product portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in market needs and deliver measurable outcomesLead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountabilityContinuously assess the competitive landscape, and conduct win/loss analysis to understand how we differentiate and why prospects choose us or competitorsEstablish rigorous user research practices: define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview users regularly, build accurate user stories, implement systems to track acquisition stages, and create feedback loops across BD, Sales, DevEx, and Engineering teamsShift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, ensuring rationale and assumptions are well-documented and communicated to current and prospective usersPartner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches, one-pagers, and external materials that effectively communicate our product differentiatorsWork closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to drive successful executionRepresent product at the executive level and contribute to company-wide strategyWho You Are
7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of building and scaling product functions at similar tech companiesDeep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision makingExperience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworksDemonstrated rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needsCrypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto product landscapePerks
