The Role

Law firms are Centari's largest market today. We're hiring a Head of Law Firm Growth to own new business in that market: the relationships, the deals, and the playbook for how Centari wins with the most demanding transactional practices in the world.

What You'll Own

• Revenue. You run the full sales cycle, first conversation to signed six-figure engagement, with law firm partners and knowledge management and innovation leaders. You start with a warm pipeline and make every relationship your own from the first meeting.

• The vertical playbook. Positioning, messaging, outbound, and account targeting for AmLaw and Magic Circle firms. You build the system that keeps the pipeline full.

• Partnerships. Centari's channel and integration partners open doors into law firms. You make sure every introduction turns into a real opportunity and, where it earns it, a closed deal.

• The function itself. As the law firm business grows, you'll have the room to shape how Centari serves the market and to grow with it.

What You Bring

• You've personally sourced and closed six-to-seven-figure deals with sophisticated buyers, ideally law firm partners, and you can run a multi-stakeholder sale end to end without a playbook handed to you.

• You bring real law firm relationships or the sales background to build them fast: legal tech, professional services, or practicing law before moving into sales. Enterprise sales experience with comparably sophisticated buyers (fund principals, enterprise C-suite) works too, if you're ready to build the law firm network from scratch.

• You've personally built part of a sales motion before: an outbound program, an account plan, a piece of positioning you wrote and tested yourself.

• You have the executive presence to hold your own with a law firm partner and the discipline to run your own pipeline before there's a team under you.

• Nice to have: you've generated demand and closed deals at an early-stage company without an established category or team behind you.
