Your mission
As Head of DevOps, you will lead the evolution of 1inch’s infrastructure and platform engineering capabilities, building resilient, secure, and scalable systems that support our global DeFi ecosystem.
You will guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, observability, and developer enablement.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence across the organisation. You will play a key role in empowering engineering teams through self-service infrastructure, standardised deployment workflows, and secure-by-design practices while ensuring our systems remain highly available, cost-efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
