About the Role

We are hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Director for a fast-growing functional beverage brand in the US. The company manufactures and sells a colorful, flavor-forward product line at significant scale, with 100+ active SKUs, weekly new flavor drops, and a tolling-based manufacturing model across 50+ ingredients.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can keep a fast-moving product calendar fully supplied without overbuying. You will own planning, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and inventory across the entire operation, and you will be the person who spots shortages, bottlenecks, and risks before they turn into stockouts.

About the company

Our client builds ridiculously fun games, toys, and backyard sports products that get kids off screens and outside. The first kick of a football, the first swing of a club, the first game the whole family fights to win. They make the products that power those moments.

Their hero product scaled to 8 figures in three years. Behind it is a pipeline of launches they believe is the most exciting in the category, and a lean global team building it. The company is UK based and hires remotely across Europe, Latin America, and the US.

Now they are building their content engine, and they need the person to run it.

The role

The products are ridiculously fun. The content has to be too. That is the job.

You invent, strategize, and execute the content that makes these games famous. Characters, formats, and series that people follow for their own sake, alongside high production brand films that make the products look incredible. Not a content calendar. Not "10 hooks for TikTok." Comedy one week, cinematic the next. If a game makes a family scream with laughter in the backyard, the content about it should make people feel that from their phone.

You decide what gets made, you make it happen, and you kill what is not working.

You will work directly with the two founders, who stay deep in marketing and strategy. The bar for this role is simple: your work has to be as fun as the products. If it makes people stop scrolling, you are doing it right.

What you own

• Content strategy. The portfolio of formats, characters, and series across the brands. What becomes a franchise, what stays a one off, what dies.
• Creation and execution. Writing, directing, and shipping the content itself, from lo-fi character posts to hi-fi production shoots. You plan and run the shoots.
• Production partners. Finding and managing the studios, AI production partners, and freelance talent that bring bigger ideas to life.
• Your scoreboard. Views, viral hit rate, and follower growth on owned channels. Did what you made travel, and did people stick around for more? Those numbers are yours.

What you do not own

• Paid media and ad accounts
• Day to day channel operations: posting, scheduling, and community. That belongs to the Head of Social, who sits beside you and runs the channels your content lives on.
• The affiliate and creator army

Requirements

Must-haves

• You have built an audience, a channel, or a show from nothing. Your portfolio makes us jealous. "Managed the content calendar at a brand" is not this.
• You can write. Character, comedy, voice. This role creates, it does not just commission.
• You have produced content at both ends: scrappy phone shot tests and polished production.
• You genuinely love sports, toys, and games.
• You can work full time with daily overlap with US and UK founder hours.

Not a fit if

• You want to manage people who make things instead of making things
• Your best work needed a big budget to be good
• You think brand content means product videos
