Growth Marketing Manager – AI, SEO, Content & Organic Growth

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute growth initiatives across SEO, content marketing, social media, and AI-driven marketing workflows.

This is a hands-on role — not just strategy or campaign coordination. You’ll be expected to create content, drive organic growth, improve search visibility, manage marketing systems, and use AI tools to execute faster and more efficiently.

What You’ll Own

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility
• Conduct keyword research and build content strategies around search opportunities
• Manage backlink acquisition and domain authority initiatives
• Conduct competitor research and SEO audits using:
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Surfer SEO
• Google Search Console
• Work with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance

Content & Social Media

• Plan and execute organic growth across:
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• Create and manage:
• Blog content
• Social media content
• PR content
• Marketing assets
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats and channels
• Schedule and publish content using Buffer or Hootsuite
• Analyze engagement and continuously improve content performance

AI-Driven Marketing

• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and Copy.ai to accelerate:
• Content ideation
• Research
• Copywriting
• Content repurposing
• Marketing analysis
• Build AI into recurring marketing workflows
• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated
• Test emerging AI tools and workflows to improve marketing speed and output

Website & Content Infrastructure

• Oversee marketing-related website projects using ASTRO, headless WordPress, or similar platforms
• Coordinate with developers on:
• Landing pages
• Website updates
• Content publishing
• SEO improvements
• Ensure website infrastructure supports marketing and organic growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate, optimized, and up-to-date website content

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Track marketing performance using:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• HubSpot
• Build and maintain marketing reports and performance tracking
• Support email marketing, Google Ads, and broader revenue initiatives
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked and measured
• Coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack and Asana
• Turn performance data into clear optimization opportunities

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a similar role
• Strong experience with organic social media growth
• Hands-on content creation and content management experience
• Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and organic acquisition
• Experience coordinating across marketing, design, and development teams
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• ChatGPT / Claude / Jasper
• Buffer / Hootsuite
• Canva
• HubSpot
• Google Analytics
• Google Ads
• Strong organizational and project execution skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO
• Google Search Console experience
• Backlink strategy and link-building experience
• Experience with ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms
• Experience with marketing automation
• Background in organic acquisition or growth marketing
• Experience building scalable AI-assisted content workflows

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You may start by reviewing SEO and social performance, identifying content opportunities, and researching keywords or competitors.

From there, you could create and repurpose content using AI, coordinate graphics with a designer, publish social posts, review website updates with developers, and optimize existing content based on performance data.

You’ll also monitor reporting, improve marketing workflows, and experiment with new AI tools or automations.

In short: you build and execute an AI-powered organic growth engine across SEO, content, social media, and marketing operations.
