As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Junior Engineer / Fresh Graduate (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, utilities, etc.)

Role Overview
Support the supervision team in monitoring construction activities, conducting inspections, reviewing documentation, and ensuring that works are progressing in accordance with approved project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with daily site supervision and inspections.
• Monitor Contractor activities and report observations to the assigned Engineer.
• Assist with reviewing drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Record site observations, progress, and inspection findings.
• Support quality inspections and verification of completed works.
• Assist in tracking outstanding works, defects, and corrective actions.
• Participate in coordination meetings and site walks.
• Support project documentation, reporting, testing, and handover activities.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Infrastructure, Utilities Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
