Role Overview
As Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and team leads within a fulfillment center. You will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations while meeting performance and quality targets. This role is designed for motivated graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop leadership skills and gain experience in logistics and warehouse management. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, optimize processes, and directly impact Rohlik’s customer experience.
What we expect from you / the position to perform
Owns operational performance of an assigned warehouse area.
Leads a team of associates and team leaders to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Monitors and manages workflows, staffing, and shift planning to ensure timely order processing.
Supervises compliance with safety standards and conducts workplace audits.
Analyzes operational metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
Supports a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance excellence.
Collaborates with central teams (Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, IT, Maintenance) to resolve challenges and optimize workflows.
Provides input to coaching and development plans for team members.
Troubleshoots operational issues, identifies root causes, and proposes sustainable solutions.
What we look for / what we require
Required
High school leaving exam or higher education.
0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
Proficiency in English.
Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
Eagerness to develop leadership and operational management skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
University degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
