About the Job

• Drives the strategic direction of a product line that is critical to the future success of the business unit.
• Owns product line strategy, profitability, and long-term growth, ensuring alignment with Littelfuse's business objectives.
• Identifies customer needs, market opportunities, competitive threats, and the viability of new products and features from a global perspective.
• Develops and executes product roadmaps to maintain a competitive market position and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth

About You

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• MBA is preferred.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Management experience within the electronic components industry.
• Experience with circuit protection products preferred, including:
  • PPTC Resettable Fuses
  • Polymer PTC Devices
  • eFuse
  • TVS Diodes
  • Varistors
  • Fuse Technologies
• Experience working with global manufacturing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor or passive component markets is advantageous.
