JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）
- 大专及以上学历。
- 有较强的学习能力和人际交往能力。勤奋诚实可靠，努力工作以实现自己的理想。
- 对安全有较高的认识。
- 适合倒班工作。
- 化学工程与工艺、机械工程、工业自动化与仪表专业应届毕业生。或具有在煤气化单元现场操作人员岗位上连续工作满一年左右经历的在职人员.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）
Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
对气化装置现场操作进行持续改进，并分享气化装置运行经验。
- Training new operating staff for the Gasification Shift Ops Team.
对本班新的气化装置现场运行人员进行岗位培训。
- The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement.气化外操必须做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，对现场操作故障进行处理和检查确认，使气化单元稳定可靠运行。
- The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in Gasification Unit led and coordinated by Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown.
气化外操应能在主操的带领下，根据预想事故处理方案对气化单元作现场
紧急处理，并在副操的指令下协助恢复已跳车或停车单元的运行。
- Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools.
严格按照分析频次或主操的要求、取样流程进行取样操作，并进行取样后
现场阀门检查确认工作。负责所用分析取样器具的维护保养、使用前安全
检查工作，严禁使用不安全取样器具.
- Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2 H2S, Methanol, Propylene, etc.
掌握所辖工作范围内取样介质的SDS，如：氢气、氮气、一氧化碳、二氧
化碳、硫化氢、粉煤、灰水等。
- Record daily/monthly Production report.做好日常日报表、月报表的抄写工作。
- Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.
与用户保持良好沟通和紧密合作，协助维护维修人员做好预防性保养工
作。
- Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
参加有关安全会议，履行日常安全检查工作（如：现场安全执行评估系
统 SAM、现场安全持续改进计划SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工
作许可证Safety work permit、持续改进管理系统CI、安全实践培训等）
- Be familiar with the relevant procedures of SWP and act as a SWP reserve personnel to meet the on-site operation requirements.
熟悉SWP相关程序，作为SWP签发储备人员，满足现场作业需求。
