As a Full Stack - .NET - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will design, code, and test applications that meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing programming languages such as C#.NET, Java, and Python to build robust applications
- Implementing application lifecycle management and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Applying object-oriented design principles and microservices architecture in software development
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Managing software project planning and execution to meet client expectations
- Leveraging API management and enterprise application integration for seamless system functionality
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to optimize software solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
