As a Full Stack - .NET - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to enhance performance and deliver quality outcomes
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using C#.NET, Java, and Python to create exceptional user experiences
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems
- Utilizing API Management and Microservices to optimize application performance and scalability
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain software quality
- Collaborating with client management to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution of software projects to meet client expectations
- Promoting the adoption of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline development processes
- Addressing technical challenges and troubleshooting issues to maintain system reliability and performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
