Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous adaptation to evolving project requirements and a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
