Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases. The role involves designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting full-stack applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.The successful candidate will also use AI code generation tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, to improve development efficiency while applying appropriate review, testing, and security practices. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering scalable, responsive, maintainable, and well-tested software solutions.
Software Requirements
Required
3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js using Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
Strong proficiency in React, including:

Component architecture
Responsive and performant user interface development
Experience with TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI code generation tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-stack development experience with demonstrated delivery using Node.js, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Relevant training in Node.js, React, TypeScript, databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, software testing, or AI-assisted development is preferred.
Certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a specific assignment.
