Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node + React) with strong practical experience in Node.js and React.js. The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting full-stack applications, scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and responsive user interfaces.The position contributes to Synechron’s technology objectives by delivering maintainable, reliable, and well-tested software while using AI code generation tools responsibly to improve development efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to engineering standards, and support timely resolution of application and production issues.
Software Requirements
Required
Node.js: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in Express, NestJS, or a similar framework.
React.js: Strong proficiency with React Hooks, state management, component architecture, responsive design, and performant user interface development.
TypeScript: Practical experience developing maintainable frontend and backend applications.
JavaScript: Working knowledge for full-stack application development.
AI code generation tools: Hands-on experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions.
Prompt engineering: Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for coding tasks.
SQL databases: Proficiency with PostgreSQL or comparable SQL technologies.

Qualifications

Relevant training in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, software testing, or AI-assisted development is preferred.
Certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are preferred but are not mandatory unless required for a specific assignment.
