The Opportunity

Are you an ambitious BCBA/RBA who wants clinical depth and autonomy without the admin grind? We're looking for a Founding BCBA/RBA to anchor our Ontario launch.

As one of our first hires in Canada, you'll work directly with families on your caseload while helping shape how Finni delivers care in a brand-new market. You bring the clinical excellence; we handle the infrastructure. You get the hands-on impact of working with kids and families every day, with the backing of a world-class support team behind you.

What the Role Entails

• Direct Family Care: Lead functional assessments, design evidence-based intervention plans, and deliver high-quality supervision—staying close to the families and clients you serve.

• Help Build the Foundation: Work with our team to set the standard for Finni's Canadian operations, from clinical guidelines to local community presence.

• Collaborate, Don't Administrate: Partner with our backend experts to navigate Ontario-specific billing, OAP requirements, and payor submissions—so you don't have to.

• Grow the Team: As your caseload and our footprint grow, help recruit, train, and mentor a team of Behaviour Therapists.

• Families First: Cultivate a culture of empathy and meticulous care, with a manageable caseload that lets you keep clinical standards high.

What We're Looking For

• The Startup Itch: You're energized by building something from the ground up and want more ownership over your work than a typical clinic offers.

• Clinical Excellence: A proven track record of high-quality care, strong parent satisfaction, and a Master's degree in ABA or a related field.

• Credentials: Valid BCBA Certification (required) and a solid understanding of the Ontario clinical landscape.

• Grit: You're a self-starter who's excited by the challenge of being "Employee #1" in a new market.
