יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כמבקר/ת איכות בחברת MKS, תהיה/י חלק ממחלקת שירות, בה תעסוק/י בתהליכי בקרת איכות על בקרים אלקטרוניים, מוצרים סופיים והרכבות מכאניות/אלקטרוניות עד לרמת הרכיב. בנוסף, תספק/י תמיכה למחלקות השונות ותבטיח/י עמידה בתקני איכות בינלאומיים.

MKS מספקת פתרונות מתקדמים להגנה והרכבה של מעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, תוך שמירה על תקנים בינלאומיים מחמירים. בתפקיד זה תדווח/י ישירות למנהל מחלקת השירות.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• ביצוע תיקוני הלחמה עדינה למוצרים אלקטרוניים

• ביצוע קליטת חלקים במערכת ה‑ERP

• ביצוע ביקורת קבלה וביקורת סופית למוצרים אלקטרוניים ומכאניים

• ביצוע בדיקות ויזואליות לפני משלוח ללקוח

• הכנת והגשת דוחות איכות

• עבודה בהתאם לתקנים בינלאומיים בתחום האלקטרוניקה עד רמת הרכיב

• שמירה על תהליך עבודה יעיל משלבי הייצור ועד המשלוח

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• 3+ שנות ניסיון בבקרת איכות של כרטיסים אלקטרוניים ומוצרים סופיים

• 2+ שנות ניסיון בהלחמת מעגלים חשמליים – יתרון

• ניסיון בבדיקות ויזואליות של מידות, ציפוי וצבע בחלקים מכאניים

• הכרות עם תקני IPC‑A‑610/620

• ידע בקריאת שרטוטים

• יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת

• אנגלית טכנית

• אחריות, אמינות, מוסר עבודה ויכולת עבודה בצוות

מיומנויות מועדפות:

• יתרון ידע ב-Lean: יישום עקרונות LEAN תוך התמקדות בצרכי הלקוח, שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, ועבודה לפי שיטת Six Sigma

• ניסיון בPriority - יתרון

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

• עבודה בהתאם לנהלי איכות הסביבה והבטיחות (EHS)

• עבודה בימי שישי ושעות נוספות במידת הצורך

• מגורים באזור הצפון (הסעות מכרמיאל/ עכו/ נהריה/ מעלות/ קריות)
