Responsibilities:
- Usage of FEA and other analytical tools to define mold shapes which respect internal homologation, tireline, government/regulatory, and industrial requirements.
- Analytical studies using FEA to determine tire performance based upon variations in design and/or usage.
- Assessments of proposed scenarios during a tireline or OE development project feasibility study using FEA and other analytical techniques.
- Presentation of simulation results and consultation for design decisions both inside and outside of design event activities.
- Able to perform responsibilities of Key-user, Product Owner, Business Analyst, etc.. on need basis.
- Engagement in technical exchanges (Tech club & Focus group participation, etc).
- Adhering to the company policies.
- Meet the deadline defined for each project.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Creation of reports regarding golden nuggets or fundamental knowledge for new design rules and understandings of tire mechanics and analysis methods.
- Documentation of simulation methods and best practices (Lv-1).
- Transmission of knowledge and development of people in simulation tools/practices through teaching in the Tire Design school and mentoring/training new analysts and tire designers.
Progress and Collaboration:
- Engage in the development and testing of new simulation tools, providing valuable feedback to improve these resources.
- Serve as a key liaison across different global regions in this field, ensuring alignment and excellence in our collaborative efforts.

Education (Mandatory):
- Graduate (B.E / B.Tech) in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (Fresher/ 0-3 year of experience)

Post-Graduate (M.E / M.Tech) in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (Fresher/ 0-3 year of experience) - Fundamental knowledge on Finite Element Analysis
