• This role is part of Alcon's Facilities & Administration function. Sr. Associate, General Facilities Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for running specific facilities management tasks and projects, making minor decisions, and supporting process efficiency and compliance. You’ll need strong attention to detail, communication, and task management skills.
• Specifics Include:
  • Run assigned facilities management tasks and projects to improve quality and efficiency
  • Make minor decisions within the scope of assigned tasks and follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority
  • Optimize facilities management processes and manage budgets for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, and contribute to overall organizational compliance
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control
  • Apply job-related training, maintain reliability in daily work, and complete all required training
  • Commit to continuous improvement by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements
  
  Qualifications: Associate shall have the appropriate education and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities/activities of this role.
