Role: Executive Assistant

Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Time Zone: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Inbox management

- Calendar management

- Task and project management in ClickUp

- Help the client stay on track with priorities and daily deliverables

- Support schedule protection by helping block focus time for growth work

- Social media oversight and strategy implementation

- Help manage and respond to inbound brand partnership opportunities

- Support outreach for brand and retail partnerships

- Coordinate event logistics for monthly meetups in Dallas

- Build and manage invite / RSVP pages in tools like Luma

- Support podcast booking and scheduling

- Help oversee ongoing projects and follow through across multiple workstreams

- Assist with systems and SOP creation where processes are not yet documented

Good to have:

- Social media management

- Graphic design

- Basic bookkeeping / AR familiarity

- Amazon Seller Central familiarity
