ESPECIALISTA DE CONTEÚDO DE PRODUTO - Brazil
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
The Product Content Specialist will collect, load, and maintain product marketing data using the 3M GPIM (Hybris) and potentially other systems to meet business needs. This person is responsible for updating product marketing information at SKU and other levels throughout the product lifecycle, with focus on completeness, accuracy, and re-use. They participate in corporate teams and projects to streamline and improve the product content management process.
The impact you will make on this role
- Product Data Management: Create, maintain, and update product records in systems of record (e.g., GPIM/Hybris), ensuring data accuracy across product lifecycle stages.
- Project & Task Coordination: Support digital product initiatives by managing timelines, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive strategic alignment across functions by partnering with key stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing, sales, e-commerce, and digital operations—to enhance understanding of digital product catalog structures and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Process Optimization & Autonomy: Identify and implement process improvements, follow established data governance practices, and resolve issues independently.
- Customer-Centric Prioritization & Reporting: Prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact, build strong relationships, and deliver actionable reports and insights.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

- Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English is a must.
- Knowledgeable about Global Product Hierarchy.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office package (required Excel intermediate. i.e., managing large data, formulas, formatting, pivot table, X lookup etc.)
- Ability to work with low supervision and with several different functions, across multiple levels in the organization is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Product Content environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (e.g., SAP, Hybris, HAMR, Adobe, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure multiple tasks are completed by designated deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing organization.
- Skills: attention to detail, analytical, great communication, strong prioritization/time management, collaborative team player, troubleshooting, project management.
- Confidence to work independently.
