The Equipment Services EMEA Customer Service Specialist for Cytiva is responsible Providing excellent customer Service for both internal and external stakeholders with our Equipment Delivery Services.
This position is part of the EMEA Equipment Services Team, role will be located in Krakow, Poland and will be fully on-site.
What you will do:
- Coordinate timely communication throughout the service process with Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Service Sales, Finance, Sales, customers, and commercial partners.
- Open service requests and promptly dispatch work orders for corrective repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Support physical inventory activities and activate contracts within internal systems.
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by building strong relationships and responding to queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate flexibly with the team to maintain and improve service quality, ensuring responsibilities are completed in line with agreed service levels and standard operating procedures.
Who you are:
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Polish and any additional European language, such as German
- Previous client and customer service experience, planning logistical
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with different systems.
