Responsibilities:

• Setup, operate and maintain electroplating equipment as per Job Instruction Sheet.

• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures

• for making accurate inspection checks as per Plating Master &

• Manufacturing Engineering folder.

• Read and interpret Job instruction sheet required to carry out work tasks.

• Adhere to EH&S & CORE requirements in the work place, submit Hazard

• observations, QCPC Turnbacks and Safety Innovative Team Projects every

• month.

• Work in an orderly fashion keeping work areas, work table, plating table,

• tools, and fixtures in a tidy and clean condition after used.

• Perform daily housekeeping and weekly total productive maintenance.

• Engage in any other activities or responsibilities as requested by the

• Supervisor.

• Notify the Supervisor or any machine or tooling problems which could

• jeopardize product quality or infringe safe work conditions.

• Raise Imaint when equipment is down.

• Require to use full PPE in a warm environment.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.

• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing plant, preferably Special Process.

• Basic command of written and spoken English.

• Physically and mentally fit & willing to perform rotating shifts.

• Able to tolerate high temperature work environment
