If you have strong electrical engineering expertise within the water sector and thrive in a dynamic, site-focused environment, we would like to hear from you.

  • Provide site-based feedback, reports, and findings to design teams and PM/PE
  • Identify and manage Risks, Opportunities, Issues, and Assumptions throughout the design phase
  • Act as liaison between PM/PE and design teams for specified projects
  • Locally manage design activities on behalf of the PM/PE, ensuring:
  • Deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and to specification
  • RFIs are raised and responses managed effectively
  • Blockers are identified and resolved promptly
  • Take ownership of site design queries and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
  • Assist in resolving design errors, omissions, or additional works
  • Support PM/PE in confirming all installation requirements have been considered
  • Develop pre-construction works information documents
  • Attend internal and client design review meetings
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements and assist in developing specifications and solutions
  • Support development of Off-Site Build solutions to maximise site efficiency
  • Keep workload planner fully updated with agreed timescales and deliverables
  • Manage your own workload to ensure all responsibilities are covered

Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the Health & Safety of yourself and those under your control
  • Actively promote and follow the STAR dynamic risk assessment process
  • Be empowered to stop work if unsafe circumstances arise
  • Report positive interventions, accidents, incidents, and near misses
