About the Role
This is a flexible, on-demand role focused on quality assurance. You will visit local school sites to ensure our programs run smoothly and adhere to HOKALI’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Qualifications & Compliance: Leverage prior experience with ASES (After School Education and Safety) and ELOP (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program) guidelines to ensure full regulatory and operational compliance across all sites.
- Class & On-Site Supervision: Visit partner schools within designated hours to oversee program execution, introduce yourself to school staff and instructors, and support live classroom operations.
- Instructional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain program quality and educational standards.
- Schedule & Agenda Management: Attend weekly alignment meetings with the Operations Coordinator to review priorities and independently build your site visitation schedule.
- Documentation & Records: Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping, tracking sign-out sheets, and managing required session documentation.
- Information & Data Handling: Maintain and handle confidential program information, school directories, location details, and student data securely.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Dynamic hourly schedule within a 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM window (flexible, based on weekly operational demand).
- Rate: $35/hr
- Location: San Francisco, CA (with potential visits to nearby partner schools).
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
- Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment (Required).
- Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
- Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date. (Concussion Training, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
