Are you looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you'll operate and monitor our blow molding equipment, help ensure high-quality products are produced, and work closely with our Maintenance Technician to learn machine setup, color changes, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you!

What will your job involve?
What are we looking for?
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Experience in a hands-on, physically active, or labor-intensive role
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment
Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A history of reliability and longevity in previous positions is a plus
