Our client is a fast-growing DTC wellness brand focused on making daily nutrition simple, convenient, and enjoyable.

Role Overview:
We're looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator who can help turn paid traffic into customers by building high-converting landing pages, optimizing the online shopping experience, and supporting product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize Shopify landing pages for paid advertising campaigns.
• Translate ad creative and messaging into compelling landing page experiences.
• Continuously test and improve pages based on CRO principles, analytics, and performance data.
• Partner with the Creative Strategist to align ad-to-page messaging, design, and offers.
• Support new product launches, including go-to-market strategy, landing pages, and funnels.
• Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels from creative through purchase.
• Manage and improve the Shopify storefront, including merchandising, content, and conversion-focused updates.
• Leverage AI coding/design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools to build and iterate landing pages faster.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, customer experience, and revenue per visitor.
• Support the optimization of subscription, affiliate, and wholesale customer journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce, e-commerce strategy, CRO, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify storefront management.
• Experience with subscription-based DTC brands.
• Proven experience building landing pages for paid traffic.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnel strategy.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO tools.
• Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce customer journeys and acquisition.
• Good eye for brand design, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused UX.
• Experience using AI tools for landing page design/development, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Ability to work closely with creative, marketing, and growth teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with health, wellness, nutrition, supplements, or CPG.
• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Familiarity with GTM, GA4, Meta Ads, and other acquisition/analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting affiliate or wholesale e-commerce programs.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience launching new DTC products from GTM strategy through acquisition funnel.
