专业地达成地区业务任务

•    依照公司政策和阿斯利康行为准则，确保地区团队圆满完成工作计划 (POA)、现场策略计划和地区计划

•    确保成熟产品和新产品平衡，将新近推出的产品和重要产品推广至医院和诊疗机构。

地区业务规划和战略开发

•    对市场和竞争对手实施 SWOT 分析，以开拓业务机会

•    根据主要业务目标制定地区业务计划

•    监督地区业务计划的实施

人员与团队领导及发展

•    发现任何团队空缺职位后，立即根据公司有关招聘规定和业务能力模式，录用称职新人填补空缺

•    使用实地辅导表格，向业务提供实地辅导

•    根据公司的绩效管理体系，对业务，进行有效的绩效管理。

•    根据团队及个人的发展需求，制定和执行相应的发展方案

•    甄别/保留优秀人才

•    制定并实施有助于提升团队士气的战略

业务关注与服务

•    与重要长期业务/业务保持联系

•    监督业务的工作，确保他们根据工作计划 (POA)，在已批准的详细辅助材料中提供主要促销信息

•    确保业务理解并遵守阿斯利康行为准则

Qualification：

本科以上学历，医科及相关学科背景者优先

市场管理经验和业务管理经验 

2年以上医药业务管理经验背景    

在大型跨国医药公司的业务市场优先

英语说写能力优先
