The position:

As a Driver Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering on our commitment to excellence. Working alongside our delivery drivers, you will help safely transport our products to customers’ homes while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Your ability to provide superior customer service and address customer concerns will directly contribute to our reputation for quality and care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide prompt, courteous service during pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and minor hook-ups of large home appliances.
• Inspect merchandise before delivery and report any damages immediately.
• Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support the delivery team in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

What you need to be successful:

• Pass a security check and physical fitness assessment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Safely maneuver merchandise over 100 lbs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous communication.
• Work flexibly, including five days per week, Monday – Saturday.

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
