Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflow and API's
- Integrate DocuSign with enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, custom applications) using REST APIs and SDKs
- Build and automate document workflows, including templates, envelopes, and signing processes
- Develop reusable components for document generation, routing, and status tracking
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign integrations and workflows
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable DocuSign solutions
- Optimize performance and reliability of document processing workflows
- Support testing, deployment, and production release activities
- Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7+ years of DocuSign development experience
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign templates, workflows and API's
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware platforms
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
- Understanding of document workflows and digital signature processes
- Having knowledge of "Agreement Manager" - DocuSign AI tool is a plus
