About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Distribution Administrator to join our distribution team at Vinidex manufacturing facility in Toowoomba.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and data driven administrator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys working across inventory, distribution, customer service, and third-party logistics operations.
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a broad range of administrative and operational activities that support the day-to-day functioning of the distribution network.
What will you do?
Processing inbound and outbound transactions accurately in SAP.
Preparing dispatch paperwork, delivery documentation, and transport manifests.
Coordinating customer orders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
Managing stock invoicing and receipting between company and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
Supporting inventory control activities, including stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
Monitoring customer returns and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
Acting as a key point of contact for NATGAS operational enquiries.
Liaising with internal teams and external transport providers to keep operations running smoothly.
Producing reports and maintaining accurate records to support operational performance.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the distribution function.
About you
Experience in a logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, customer service, or supply chain role.
Exposure to SAP or a similar ERP system.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
