Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and are eager to take on the responsibility of resolving complex customer issues.

As a Dispatch Service Desk Agent, your main responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating an excellent service attitude and providing exceptional customer support.

• Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service.

• Possessing strong communication skills and fluency in verbal communication.

• Utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide efficient telephone support to customers.

• Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment and failures.

• Providing support to staff members through telephone assistance.

Basic Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria.

• At least 1 year of experience, will be a plus previous experience in inbound call centers.

• Willingness to work from Monday to Friday (7:00 am-5:00 pm) 

• Availability to work in Reynosa, from Industrial Rio Bravo Suite B Parque Industrial del Norte 88730 Reynosa, TAM.
