Your Impact

Lead the Customer Experience Engineering organization for the German theater to accelerate growth and optimize business results for our customers. Lead highly critical customer projects in both the private and public sector and be closely aligned with CX and Sales leadership to create service delivery capabilities and adoption. Based on the outstanding capabilities of the existing Engineering organization, accelerate the adoption of an AI-first strategy across all team operations to create speed, efficiency, and new value from technology investments. In this context, be closely aligned with the corresponding roles within the other theaters as part of the EMEA region. Drive transparency and accountability within the organization to foster a culture of trust, high performance, and continuous innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• A growth focused AI-first executive with a demonstrated record of operating in a fast pace large scale IT Infrastructure company on a national/regional scale.

• 15+ years of experience in the software, services, and technology industry sector with proven general management experience. 5+ Years Experience being a Leader of Leaders & demonstrated experience managing organizational financial responsibilities for services and product P&L at scale.

• Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions to create speed and efficiency within a technology environment.

• Technical knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, including networking, security, software, and observability.

• Builds executive customer relationships founded on trust and passion for the customer mission, resulting in elevated customer impact and growth for Cisco.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic problem solver with a combination of analytical, influencing, and leadership skills coupled with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Consistent track record of building executive customer relationships founded on trust and a passion for the customer mission.

• Ability to lead matrix teams (up to 200 people) in an entrepreneurial manner to drive customer impact and organizational growth.

• Strong business skills with the ability to connect technical and managerial decisions with direct impact on the business.

• Strong relationships established towards senior IT leaders within the industry

• Excels at developing talent and building senior-level relationships cross-functionally.
