As a Digital Communications Specialist- Senior Associate, you will engage in a dynamic role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on brand management, marketing, and sales. You will collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities. Utilizing market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the firm's services and achieving organizational targets.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a versatile skill set in various marketing channels, focusing on validating brand consistency and driving customer engagement. Your contributions will be integral to reaching target audiences and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and improve client engagement

- Work with international teams on content design (specifically for emails and newsletters) 

- Support distribution of global internal communication on digital platforms—specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage client relationships and track marketing initiatives
- Creating content marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives and target audience
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop communication strategies that promote the firm's services
- Leveraging digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and increase brand awareness
- Validating brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate team and client needs and deliver quality outcomes
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Graduate and post graduate
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
- Excelling in brand management and marketing strategies
- Utilizing CRM software for enhanced customer insights

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Sharepoint and Microsoft groups

- Marketing Cloud experience preferred

- Analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrating creativity in content marketing and strategy
