DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse (aka Clinical Coordinator) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Clinic Details:

• Current clinic hours : M/W/F 5:00am - 9:00pm
• This clinic will eventually add a TTS shift, but there is not yet a firm date for that.
• The CC will be expected to work 3 X 12 hour shifts per week, either 5:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 9:00 on MWF (alternating schedule)
• The clinic currently has 21 chairs, soon to decrease to 19 chairs (2 stations going to HHD).
• Fresenius machines are used at this location
• Staffing is 2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift.  One of the RNs works a pod. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
