The Position

• Full-time permanent position. Monday to Friday 8AM - 4PM.
• Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
• Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
• Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries
• Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
• Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
• Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails

About you

• Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or clerical role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers, transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
• Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively
• Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet
