We are seeking a Designer to support the execution and scaling of creative assets across brand, demand generation, content marketing, sales enablement, and website initiatives. 

Our preferred candidate is a highly organized designer with strong production skills, attention to detail, and experience adapting creative across multiple formats and channels. The person in this role should be comfortable working within established design systems, collaborating with creative leads, and producing high-quality work efficiently at scale. 

This role will partner closely with Brand, Demand Generation, UX, Content, and Marketing teams to support campaign execution, asset production, template management, and creative operations. Success in this role requires strong production discipline, a systems mindset, and experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve speed, consistency, and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, social, web, email, presentation, event, and sales enablement channels 

• Support Brand and Demand Generation leads by producing campaign assets from approved creative concepts 

• Scale creative output through templates, design systems, reusable components, and production workflows 

• Create multiple asset variations, formats, and localized adaptations while maintaining brand consistency 

• Support landing page, email, social media, presentation, and content production needs 

• Maintain and organize creative libraries, templates, and asset repositories 

• Prepare production-ready files and deliverables for internal teams and external partners 

• Assist with presentation design, content formatting, and marketing collateral development 

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production, image creation, asset adaptation, and content formatting 

• Utilize automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive manual tasks 

• Ensure quality control and brand compliance across all deliverables 

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators, and stakeholders to support project execution 

• Support creative operations initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and workflow consistency 

Skills Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred 

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional design or production design experience 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating production design, marketing execution, and digital asset development 

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma 

• Experience working within established brand systems and design guidelines and understanding how to apply them to create new designs 

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and production best practices 

• Experience creating assets across web, social media, email, presentations, and digital marketing channels 

• Experience adapting and versioning creative assets for multiple formats and audiences 

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms 

• Experience using automation tools to improve production efficiency and workflow management 

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality 

• Strong organizational and file management skills 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Experience working within B2B, SaaS, technology, or professional services organizations preferred
