Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and shaping the overall data platform framework, ensuring that all components align seamlessly with the broader organizational architecture. This role requires close collaboration with various architecture teams to integrate systems and data models effectively. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and robust data platforms that support business needs and technological advancements, while continuously refining the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to promote efficient data platform integration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Security.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Experience with designing secure data architectures that protect sensitive information across platforms.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks related to data access, storage, and transmission.
- Familiarity with encryption techniques, identity and access management, and security protocols relevant to data platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with architects and engineers to embed security measures within data platform components.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Data Security.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
