Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
What Will You Do?
- Build and operationalize complex data solutions, correct problems, apply transformations, and recommend data cleansing/quality solutions.
- Design data solutions.
- Analyze sources to determine value and recommend data to include in analytical processes.
- Incorporate core data management competencies including data governance, data security and data quality.
- Collaborate within and across teams to support delivery and educate end users on data products/analytic environment.
- Perform data and system analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of moderate complexity and correct as appropriate.
- Test data movement, transformation code, and data components.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field or equivalent.
- Six years of related experience.
- Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Databricks, and business intelligence tools such as Qlik or MicroStrategy
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues in unfamiliar code or systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in a data engineering role with the ability to contribute immediately
- Proficiency with GitHub, Python, and PySpark
- Experience with data modeling and front-end development
- Background in software engineering practices and programming
- Experience documenting data attributes, metrics, and transformations
- Demonstrated self-motivation and leadership in identifying personal growth opportunities
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools
- Ability to deliver work at a steady pace, break down complex assignments into manageable releases, and contribute to technical tradeoff discussions
- Deep technical knowledge of systems and platforms you work with
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical teams and business partners
- Comfortable recognizing patterns and solving repetitive problems efficiently
What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
- 2 additional years of software/data engineering experience.
