Summary:

The Manager will lead one or more analytics and development of workstreams, ensuring delivery of quality, stakeholder alignment, technical feasibility, and business value realization. This role requires a balance of delivery of leadership, analytical understanding, technical review, team management, and stakeholder communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead analytics, development, dashboarding, workflow, and automation of workstreams across one or more pods.
- Partner with stakeholders to define priorities, success metrics, business outcomes, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Translate business priorities into executable delivery plans for developers, techno-functional analysts, and analytics resources.
- Manage scope, resources, timelines, dependencies, risks, escalations, and delivery quality.
- Provide hands-on review of SQL logic, data interpretation, dashboards, workflows, validation results, and solution design.
- Ensure requirements, technical designs, test plans, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials are complete and usable.
- Coach developers, senior developers, analysts, and techno-functional team members.
- Resolve delivery issues, clarify ambiguity, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive timely decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, process improvement, quality enhancement, and productivity improvement.
- Ensure the team remains focused on analytics and business outcomes rather than pure tool implementation or administrative project tracking.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience leading analytics, BI, workflow, reporting, or data solution delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of SQL, analytics delivery, dashboards, reporting architecture, data validation, and large enterprise datasets.
- Ability to guide technical and functional teams without necessarily being the primary hands-on developer for every task.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, issue-resolution, and escalation management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and translate business needs into structured delivery plans.
- Working knowledge of Python, Colab, PLX-style analytics environments, BI tools, and workflow delivery.
- Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Supply chain, infrastructure operations, logistics, inventory, planning, procurement, quality, or finance analytics experience is strongly preferred.

Additional Information:
Typically 8–12 years of experience in analytics delivery, BI, data solution delivery, techno-functional delivery, supply chain analytics, or related roles, including team or workstream leadership experience.
