About the role:
- Supervise cleaning teams across data halls, offices, plant rooms, and common areas, following required cleanliness standards.
- Manage subcontractors (cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste) and ensure SLA performance.
- Enforce strict pest control practices, especially in sensitive areas.
- Oversee waste management, recycling, and hazardous disposal in line with regulations.
- Coordinate reception, mailroom, and visitor services.
- Handle helpdesk requests and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and access protocols.
- Train staff on data centre procedures and proper PPE use.
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and purchasing within limits.
- Support reporting, audits, and inspections (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED).
About You:
- At least 5 years’ experience in soft services, preferably in data centres or clean environments.
- Knowledge of technical cleaning standards and protocols (ASHRAE / ISO).
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple service areas.
- Understanding of Thai environmental and waste regulations.
- English proficiency; Thai required for daily operations.
