itD is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights, automate key business processes, and develop data-driven solutions that support informed decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data analysis, Microsoft Power Platform technologies, and data visualization, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable reporting and automation solutions.
Location: Hybrid – Kraków, Lesser Poland, Poland
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key business performance indicators.
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps to support business operations.
- Clean, transform, and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools to deliver accurate reporting and insights.
- Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks and perform advanced data analysis where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with data analysis and interpreting complex datasets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI (DAX, data modeling), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Basic to intermediate Python programming skills for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Working knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, and data extraction.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience developing business applications and automated reporting solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
