A Day in the Life

Key Accountabilities:

• 1. 支持新产品开发过程中的样件试制以及技术评审，如图纸，PTR，EV，PV等；

• 2. 主导新产品开发过程中的检验技术开发，测量系统研究，过程能力研究，质量异常处置；

• 3. 建立、维护过程检验和成品检验作业指导书，制定过程、最终产品质量接收和拒收的要求

• 4. 组织培训过程检验员、成品检验员，确保检验活动依据规范实施；

• 5. 统计质量数据并分析改进；

• 6. 监控生产工艺状态，对生产工艺参数的改变对产品的影响进行认定，并协助生产进行验证工 作；

• 7. 组织相关部门对不合格品进行调查、评估和处置，定期对不合格品的趋势进行监控，采取相应 的纠正预防措施；

• 8. 负责对异常测量设备测量的产品进行质量评估；

• 9. 参与产品质量例会，并跟踪相关行动计划；

• 10. 主导过程控制的持续改善，如SPC,MSA,FTQ 等；

• 11. 协助调查、处理客户投诉；

• 12. 参与协助其他质量保证相关活动，如审核、注册等；

• 13. 完成领导委派的其他事宜。

Qualifications 任职资格:

• 本科及以上学历，材料、机械类、医药类等理工类相关专业；

• 2年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可 Experience and Skill 经验与技能要求 • 了解掌握机械制图，GD&T 和了解机械加工的一般工艺原理和流程；

• 熟练使用电脑，运用office 办公软件； 1 / 2 表2 ：职位说明书

• 具有一定的英语听说读写能力；

• 具有良好的沟通和协调能力，解决问题的能力。 其他要求
