What this job involves,

· 全面负责管理现场客服会务团队工作；

· 定期汇总现场的工作报告并与客户保持日常联络沟通；

· 安排下属员工的日常工作，并规范监督等达到目标要求；

· 制定各项标准工作流程并开展团队培训及执行；

· 统筹落实好各项会务接待事务，高标准展示专业形象；

· 解决各类客服突发事件，处理投诉，沟通并及时向上汇报；

· 保持与项目其它团队的工作协同，落实好项目整体工作目标

· 其它上司交待的工作任务。

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

· 专科以上学历，酒店管理及相关服务类专业优先考虑；

· 3年以上相关客服会务管理经验，1年以上团队管理经验，有五星级酒店服务相关经验者优先考虑；

· 工作积极主动，团队意识及抗压能力强；

· 良好的服务意识，亲切的待人接物态度；

· 良好的英文听说能力，良好的沟通及语言表达能力；

· 熟悉电脑及办公软件的使用能力；

· 有能力在同一时间管理并计划好多个工作任务。
