Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.

If you have experience in online customer service and a focus on service quality, this position is for you.

You should be proactive and proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.

Your problem-solving skills and commitment to service excellence will be key to your success in this position.

Must have:

• Excellent English communication skills — C1 -C2 (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of customer service experience
