As a Customer Service Business Partner based in Morristown, NJ, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless order management for our customers.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate across functions including supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Act as the primary Customer Service contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and inviocing.

• Coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Resolve customer inquiries, order issues, and delivery concerns in a timely manner.

• Monitor order performance and proactively address potential risks or delays.

• Maintain accurate order and customer data in SAP.

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of service.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including at least 1 year in Order Management.

• Experience managing the full order-to-cash or order fulfillment process in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment preferred.

• Strong SAP experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customers and collaborate across multiple business functions.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to proactively identify issues, manage competing priorities, and drive timely resolution of customer and supply chain challenges.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000 to $71,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
