Job Summary
Provides efficient order management by processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Resolves customer inquiries and issues related to orders to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Accepts and validates sales order by checking references and validating relevant information.
- Support Continuous Improvement of Order Management Processes to ensure high Customer Satisfaction with special attention to Ordering & Delivery aspects.
- Manages manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules.
- Checks availability of sales orders and prepares delivery proposal; where needed, selects proposed alternatives, updates order status and escalates deviations.
- Ensures timely response to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.
- Processes customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintains a clean order book, ensuring no old open orders.
- Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Resolves order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Reports monthly the order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
- Manages customer master data.
Critical Experiences
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, particularly involving order and delivery manager, collaboration with sales teams, and data management.
- Experience in Continuous improvement or Problem-solving methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma/Agile/…) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Applicants must hold valid Australia working rights to be considered for this position.
