Responsibilities:

• Performs routine customer onboarding support tasks including data entry, account documentation, and record validation within established procedures.

• Reviews customer account documentation and onboarding data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, escalating identified issues as appropriate.

• Enters and updates customer account information in designated systems accurately and within defined service timelines.

• Communicates with internal partners to obtain required account information and resolve standard data discrepancies.

• Maintains organized onboarding records and documentation to support data integrity and audit readiness.

• Prepares basic onboarding reports, data summaries, and account validation results to support operational decision-making and onboarding performance tracking.

• Escalates non-routine situations, data quality issues, and process exceptions through defined escalation channels.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

• Less than 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, data entry, account management, customer operations, or a related field required.

Certifications:

• Certification in data administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.

Salary Ranges:

2566 - 3665 EUR gross monthly
