El/La Customer Collaboration Analyst - (CONTRATO TEMPORAL – PLAZO 7 MESES) reportando al Customer Collaboration Lead, se encargará de analizar y monitorear indicadores de disponibilidad, inventario y nivel de servicio para identificar riesgos, oportunidades y acciones que contribuyan a garantizar la disponibilidad de producto en el mercado. Generar visibilidad y recomendaciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones de Supply Chain y Comercial, así como dar soporte a iniciativas de Customer Collaboration orientadas a optimizar procesos logísticos, reducir quiebres y mejorar la experiencia del cliente, promoviendo la mejora continua y una gestión basada en datos.

Principales responsabilidades: 

• Monitorear y analizar la disponibilidad de producto, identificando riesgos de cobertura, suministro e inventario que puedan impactar el nivel de servicio y la continuidad de abastecimiento.
• Generar visibilidad sobre indicadores clave de disponibilidad y servicio (OTIF, Fill Rate, OSA, cobertura, rotación y SLOB), identificando tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
• Desarrollar análisis de causa raíz y recomendaciones, contribuyendo a la definición de planes de acción orientados a mejorar la disponibilidad, el servicio al cliente y la salud del inventario.
• Analizar riesgos de inventario, incluyendo productos de baja rotación, próximos a obsolescencia o SLOB, proponiendo acciones para optimizar inventarios y minimizar impactos financieros y de servicio.
• Proporcionar información y análisis oportunos sobre restricciones, riesgos y oportunidades de suministro, apoyando la toma de decisiones de los equipos de Supply Chain y Comercial.
• Dar soporte al seguimiento de actividades comerciales y de disponibilidad, evaluando potenciales impactos en inventarios, capacidad de suministro y nivel de servicio.
• Participar en iniciativas de Customer Collaboration, aportando análisis e identificando oportunidades para optimizar procesos logísticos, mejorar la disponibilidad y generar valor para los clientes.

¿Por qué TÚ? 

Tus calificaciones requeridas: 

• Formación: Graduado Universitario en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carreras afines.
• Experiencia: +2 años de experiencia previa en roles similares (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planeamiento de Demanda, Planeamiento de Abastecimiento, Logística o áreas afines) en experiencia equivalente en la industria farmacéutica/cosmética/consumo masivo/similares en el área de supply chain/logística.
• Inglés: Nivel Intermedio (B1/B2). Se requiere comunicación oral fluida.
• Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio. Se requiere del manejo de bases de datos para extraer reportes y uso de tablas dinámicas/formulas/gráficos.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma híbrida de LUNES A VIERNES de 09:00 a 18:00 hs. en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Isidro, Lima, Perú.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma temporal en un contrato de plazo fijo por un periodo estimado de 8 meses.

Será un plus:

• Conocimiento en data tools & power BI.
• Manejo de sistema SAP o ERP similares.
